Single Sign-On is a session and user authentication service that allows users to access multiple applications using one set of login credentials (e.g., name and password). In Readymag’s context, it simplifies the process of managing team access to the tool, which is particularly beneficial for larger organizations with multiple users.
We support all SAMLv2 authentication providers.
Setting Up SSO in Readymag
- Open your profile settings: here, you'll find the option for SSO configuration.
- Click on the SSO section to open the form. This form is where you'll specify all the essential details required for setting up SSO. Make sure to fill in each field accurately to ensure a smooth integration process.
- After you have entered all the required details, a shared collection will be automatically created by Readymag. This collection is a collaborative space where all users with email addresses under the specified domain can work together.
- Submit the form to initiate the setup process. After filling in all the required fields, review the information to ensure accuracy and submit the form. This action triggers the setup process on Readymag’s side.
- Allow time for setup completion. The setup process for integrating SSO into your account can take up to 72 hours.
Collaborating Through SSO
Upon successful integration, all users who log in with an email address that includes the domain specified in your SSO request will automatically see the shared Collection. This feature facilitates efficient and secure collaboration, allowing team members to quickly contribute and access shared projects.
