This widget allows users to create various Icons as well as four basic Shapes: Rectangle, Polygon, Circle, and Line. Click + (W) in the left dock and select Shape.
Settings
You can change the attributes of your Shape in the widget controls on the right side: change Color and Weight for Borders, set Radius, add up to 30 sides for the Polygon, and change Weight and Stroke for Line.
Icons
In addition to the four basic Shapes, you can also add Icons to your page. Select the Star shape in the Settings, pick one of the icons from the list, or search for more symbols.
You can also upload your custom icons to Noun Project directly and then add them to your project via the search option in the Shape widget.
On Free, the search among shapes is not available. You can select only one of the default icons on this plan.
You can also add icons using the Button widget.
Alt text for shapes
To add an alt text to your shape, click the Semantics attribute in your widget settings and enter text in the pop-up window. The attribute will then appear in the source code of your project. Learn more about alt tags here.
