The Billing History in your profile settings (Settings > Current plan > Billing history) shows all payments made to Readymag. Here you can download a PDF receipt for each payment—just hover over the link in the Receipt field and click ‘Get receipt’. If you need additional contact or tax information added to your receipts (business address, VAT number, etc.), enter it in the blank text area after you click ‘Get receipt,’ and it will appear on all future receipts.
Automatic receipt and invoice emails
Once a purchase is completed, you'll automatically receive an email containing the receipt for your purchase along with an invoice you can download. There's no need to request the receipt and invoice separately—they're sent to the email address associated with your account as soon as the payment is processed.
Billing notifications
Readymag keeps you informed about your billing activity through automatic email notifications:
- Pre-renewal reminders — sent 3 days before your subscription renews and you're charged, so you have time to make any changes.
- Failed payment notifications — if a payment attempt fails, we'll email you so you can resolve the issue (for example, by updating your payment information or making sure sufficient funds are available).
- Payment confirmations — once a payment is successfully processed, we send a confirmation email to the account holder. This serves as a receipt and confirmation of the transaction.
Currency conversion
If your card or billing account is set up in a currency other than USD, your bank or card provider may convert the charge at the time of payment. The amount shown in your Readymag invoice and billing history will be in USD; the amount charged to your account may differ slightly due to your bank's exchange rate and any conversion fees it applies. Readymag does not control or receive these conversion fees—they're set by your card issuer or bank.
VAT and invoice details
Readymag is a US-registered company, so invoices are issued in USD and do not include a VAT breakdown. Any VAT or additional taxes applicable in your country are not reflected on the invoice provided by Readymag. If you need to add your VAT number or other tax details for your records, you can enter them in the blank text area after you click ‘Get receipt’ (Settings > Current plan > Billing history > Get receipt) in your Billing History, and they’ll appear on future receipts.
