In the Current plan section of the profile settings, you can view which plan you are subscribed to, its cost, and description.
Here, you can see your balance, enter a promo code, check your billing period (monthly or annually), edit credit card details, and change your subscription. You can also see what type of plan you’re subscribed to, how much it costs, and what features it includes.
To switch to another plan, click Change plan and Upgrade/Downgrade to select your preferred plan. If you downgrade your subscription, the initial payment will be prorated, and the remaining funds will be added to your balance. If you upgrade, the initial payment is prorated towards the new plan.
To downgrade to a lower plan, you must get the number of published projects at or under the required level. The same goes for domains and collaborators. Our old rules will still apply if you exceed your project views limit.
Money from your balance can’t be transferred to your credit card.
To change a billing period (switch from monthly to annual or vice versa), go to the Current plan section, click Edit next to the title of your plan, and choose the desired period. Click Update to save changes. Here, you can also cancel your subscription.
After you change your plan or a billing period, your current subscription is terminated, and we return unused money for the remaining period to your account balance. Then, we switch you to a new plan, deducting your remaining account balance. The next payment date is set for one month/year from today.
