Custom code works on all paid plans (except for the archived Creator plan). With a Free plan, you can see working code in Preview mode but not in a published project.
We recommend enlisting a professional web developer to work with Code Injection—Readymag support won’t be able to assist with custom code issues.
If you want to track your site's visitors, as well as the actions they take on your site after seeing your Pinterest ad, consider adding The Pinterest tag to your project. Here are the steps to do so:
- Sign up to Pinterest using a business account.
- Go to Ads, select Conversions, and click Tag manager.
- Click on the 'Get started' button and follow the instructions to get the Pinterest tag code. It should look like this:
<!-- Pinterest Tag -->
<script>
!function(e){if(!window.pintrk){window.pintrk = function () {
window.pintrk.queue.push(Array.prototype.slice.call(arguments))};var
n=window.pintrk;n.queue=[],n.version="3.0";var
t=document.createElement("script");t.async=!0,t.src=e;var
r=document.getElementsByTagName("script")[0];
r.parentNode.insertBefore(t,r)}}("https://s.pinimg.com/ct/core.js");
pintrk('load', '2612741693333', {em: '<user_email_address>'});
pintrk('page');
</script>
<noscript>
<img height="1" width="1" style="display:none;" alt=""
src="https://ct.pinterest.com/v3/?event=init&tid=2612741693333&pd[em]=<hashed_email_address>&noscript=1" />
</noscript>
<!-- end Pinterest Tag --> -
Open your Readymag project, add a Code widget, and put the base code between the <head> and </head> tags.
