Promo codes can be used to upgrade from our free plan to a paid subscription or to switch to another plan or billing period.
Please thoroughly read the conditions for the promotion campaign you would like to participate in: some are only intended for new users, while others apply to billing period changes.
All promo codes are valid for the specified period only and cannot be applied after the expiration date. They also cannot be saved for future purchases, so you will need to complete your purchase right after entering your promo code.
Certain promo codes can be automatically applied by clicking on a given link (e.g., offered via email or through banners displaying within your profile).
Other codes can be applied by typing or pasting them into the corresponding Promocode field, right before finalizing your purchase.
If you want to upgrade to a higher plan
- Open your account settings and scroll down to the Current plan section.
- Click Change next to your Current plan.
- Select a plan you would like to upgrade to and click Upgrade (or Downgrade).
- Select the billing interval—monthly or annually.
- Enter your promo code and click Verify. From there your plan price should be displayed with your discount applied.
- Enter your credit card details and click Upgrade.
If you want to switch to another billing period
- Open your account settings and scroll down to the Current plan section.
- Click Change next to your Current plan.
- Find your plan on the list and click Edit next to it.
- Select a billing period different from your current one.
- Enter your promo code and click Verify. From there your plan price should be displayed with your discount applied.
- Click Upgrade.
It’s not possible to apply a promo code to payments that have already been made. But you can still take advantage of a promo by upgrading to a higher plan or changing your billing period.
